CASTRIES, St Lucia (CMC) – Police are searching for two men who are believed to have beaten an accountant to death after he gave them a ride in his vehicle on Friday night.
Police said that Kwaso Francois had been found on the Cul de Sac Millennium Highway, south of here with severe injuries. He later died at the Victoria Hospital.
They said that an unidentified female, who had been with Francois, has also been hospitalized.
The police are working on the theory that Francois knew one of the hitch hikers, who escaped in the vehicle after dumping Francois and the woman on the side of the road.
