Two female tourists attacked

TWO FEMALE tourists were attacked on Black Rock Main Road, St Michael this morning by a man with a cutlass.
According to a release from the Royal Barbados Police Force, the two women – one a Spanish national, the other Polish – both sustained injuries during the attack which occurred around 9:30 a.m.
Police officers chased a suspect but he escaped in one of the nearby districts.
At the time, the man was wearing a yellow tee shirt and khaki pants.
Police are appealing to anyone who may have information on the man’s identity to call emergency number 211. (PR/SAT)
