MONTEGO BAY – Kevin Molino broke a second-half deadlock to lift Trinidad & Tobago past Curacao 3-2 in the first game of the 2014 Caribbean Football Union’s Cup finals on Tuesday night at the Montego Bay Sports Complex in Jamaica.

The victory places the Soca Warriors – buoyed by Kenwyne Jones’ two-goal performance – into first place in Group A.

Second-half substitute Michael Solvi struck in the final seconds to give French Guiana a dramatic 1-1 draw with defending champions Cuba in the night’s feature match after Ariel Martinez had scored the game’s first goal early in the second half. (EZS)
