THE WICB PROFESSIONAL Cricket League match between Barbados Pride and the Jamaica Franchise finally began at 1:30 pm today.
Persistent rain and a waterlogged outfield at the Windward Cricket Club in Barbados had prevented any play in the match which was scheduled to begin on Friday.
Barbados won the toss this afternoon and elected to field. (NB)
