ROB WEIR is coming back to Barbados.

The experienced British driver returns to competitive action after a near two-year break, when he faces the starter in the Barbados Rally Club’s (BRC) 25th anniversary running of Sol Rally Barbados from May 29 to 31.

It would be the first event for the Chepstow driver after his serious accident on the 2013 Woodpecker Stages Rally where he injured his neck and underwent major surgery.

He will be at the wheel of the HJ Weir Engineering/Weir Laundry Equipment/Ocean Two Resort/RSR Historic Engineering Triumph TR7 V8.
