EASTER RALLYCROSS CHAMPION Ripley Green will lead the charge at the Barbados Auto Racing League’s (BARL) RallyCross race meet at the Vaucluse Raceway tomorrow starting at 10 a.m.

On a day when foreign motorsport officials will be observing the day’s action, Greene, also the handicap winner at the Easter event, said he is pleased with the way things went for him, but was quick to point out that motorsport is not a static sport and the upcoming event will not be easy.

BARL secretary Nigel Austin told SATURDAY SPORT that interest has been expressed from other Caribbean islands to take part in BARL’s Barbados RallyCross International at Vaucluse later this year. (TT)
