BFA to rule on matches this week

WAS THERE wrongdoing by teams involved in two first division football matches last season?

The Barbados Football Association’s (BFA)  board is expected  to make a decision on the matter this week.

The matches produced what was termed “unusual” results as teams fought for promotion  to the Digicel Premier League next season.

Promotion chasing Belfield beat Cosmos 25-1 and Ellerton defeated Parish Land 18-0 after  the match was locked  0-0 at half-time.

In light of the “unusual” results, the BFA launched an investigation into  the matter.
