FORMER Barbados tennis player Duane Williams has signed a contract as the new head coach of the Prairie View A&M University tennis teams which compete in the South Western Athletic Conference in the United States.

Williams is no stranger to Prairie View A&M, having served as an assistant coach for the Panthers and Lady Panthers from 2009 to 2013.

Prior to joining Prairie View A&M, he was the head coach at the Masters International Tennis Academy in Woodlands, Texas.
