THE EDGAR COCHRANE Polyclinic observed World Diabetes Day today with a church service at the Wesleyan Holiness Church in Brittons Hill, St Michael.

The officiating minister, Pastor Reginald Wooding, encouraged the nurses in attendance to “continue to help those whom we can help, and do not allow the adversities of life deter you from doing all you can”.

Following today’s church service, there will be a week of activities at the polyclinic in Wildey, St Michael. Activities include a market day on Tuesday, an open day with free health testing on Thursday and culminate with a family day at King George V Park in St Philip.  (RA)
