THE management of Sandals Barbados were told to continue to invest in their greatest resource – their staff.

This advice came from the NATION’S  Editor-in-Chief Roy Morris, who was the featured speaker at the company’s recently-held Prestige Awards for the month of December.

The awards ceremony – which coincided with the resort’s first anniversary – was attended by line staff, supervisors and managers, including general manager Ferry Zievinger.

In his address Morris told workers the story of a boy straight out of school who had dreams of becoming a journalist and bettering himself.
