FOR THE SECOND time this week a man has been charged with escaping lawful custody.
Rommel Antonio Laron Daniel, 33, of Airy Cot, St Thomas appeared before Magistrate Douglas Frederick today charged with the offence and was remanded in custody until April 6.
Daniel was appearing on an aggravated burglary charge in December last year when he made his escape.
The matter was heard in Criminal Court No.1 at the District “A” Magistrate Court. (TKS)
