THE RETURN of Derby winner Poetic Licence and another clash between Donicodidit and Lucky Adventure are just two of today’s highlights on the Barbados Turf Club’s Betting Booth Staff Appreciation Race Day starting at 1:50 p.m.
The feature Betting Booth Staff Trophy Handicap is the penultimate one on the eight-race card that opens the second racing season at the Garrison Savannah.
It has attracted the day’s smallest field but should have a grand climax. Donicodidit got the better of the battle the last time he clashed with this field minus Lavani.
The school of thought is that this 1 570-metres trip is too sharp for him so Lucky Adventure could extract revenge.
