ANOTHER TEMPORARY ROAD built by C.O. Williams or maybe even a bridge.
This, said Member of Parliament for the area, George Payne, should be the consideration of officials now, after the temporary road built at White Hill, St Andrew, less than six months ago disappeared into the gully in the last two days.
Lambasting officials for “just putting marl on mould”, Payne said he thought it was time the experts in road construction be brought in.
“I believe if you are doing a temporary road you should put people who are experts on roads. I think the time has come when you look at COW Williams for the temporary road and I believe that temporary road can be done while they decide what they are going to do or where they are going to put the road.
