Two on burglary charges

POLICE HAVE ARRESTED and charged two Christ Church men in connection with multiple burglaries in that parish.

Forty-one-year-old Michael Anthony Brathwaite of Parish Land is accused of six counts of burglary and two counts of disorderly behaviour.

These offences were allegedly committed Thyme Bottom, Pilgrim Road and Gibbons Terrace areas between April and July this year.

Meanwhile, Kerry MacArthur Williams, 38, of Providence, is accused of two counts of burglary, three counts of theft from a motor vehicle, two counts of disorderly behaviour and possession of cannabis.

These offences were allegedly committed in the Durants,  Newton and Pilgrim Road communities.

Williams and Brathwaite are to appear at the District “C” Magistrates Court today. (PR/NB)
