PUPILS OF St Stephen’s Nursery yesterday put their school uniforms to the back of the rack and put on their new threads for the day.

Accompanied by parents and teachers, the young ones walked from their Black Rock, St Michael school down the hill to the Carlton Complex in Black Rock, St Michael, as a part of their Bajan Character Day Parade.

The students came dressed as notable Barbadians including Sir Garfield Sobers, the King and Queen Of The Crop, Dame Billie Miller, police officers and members of a tuk band. (TG)
