Browne was the one who publicly spoke last November about how workers at Dodds Prison in St Philip were treated, and was advised by Attorney General Adriel Brathwaite to put those issues in writing and provide a detailed document to the ministry.

Brathwaite informed the SUNDAY SUN recently that his ministry was still to receive any documentation on the matter.
