Spirits down after death

THE USUAL BIRTHDAY celebrations for three members of the Grandison/Chapman family will be subdued.

They are not even sure if they will be in the mood to celebrate.

Cousins Alecia Chapman and Annemaria Davis shared the March 18 birthday with their 49-year-old uncle Anderson “Ragga” Grandison, who died on Thursday night when he was involved in a collision with a motor vehicle.

 “I do not know how I will cope on my birthday. The three of us always used to link up and do something special for our birthday. Now our birthday is the next couple weeks, which is going to be just after the funeral,” said Alecia. (LK)
