THE BARBADOS COAST GUARD is conducting a search for a missing retired man, who was last seen in brown underwear at Barclays Park beach, East Coast Road, St Andrew.
According to eyewitness reports Edwin Atherley of Lodge Road, Christ Church took off his garments and said he was “going for a swim” and did not return to shore.
He was sitting under a tree with friends and community members at the Barbados Labour Party (BLP) Annual Heroes Day Excursion.
