Share post:

ANDERSON CHERRY is recycling all of the refuse he can get and he wants to help the rest of Barbados to do the same.

He has done the legwork, he has the paperwork and all he needs is buy-in from both the public and private sectors.

The waste management specialist/recycler is the managing director of Project Recycle Ltd. In a wide ranging interview with the WEEKEND NATION, Cherry took the team on a tour of his The Belle, St Michael, facility showing his composting and agricultural areas.

He is currently in partnership with some businesses and householders where he collects their plastics to ship overseas for recycling. He also collects “green waste” from them for composting.
