School rocked by death of teen
DESPITE LIVING WITH a life-threatening respiratory condition, Jaquan Turney was bright-eyed and full of life.

“He was fun-loving, talkative . . . . He was the centre of attention. He was always saying something to make you laugh,” grieving mother Gail-Anne Turney said. (TG)
