School rocked by death of teen

DESPITE LIVING WITH a life-threatening respiratory condition, Jaquan Turney was bright-eyed and full of life.

Unfortunately, he did not live long enough to realise his potential. He was just 13-years-old when he lost the battle against asthma.

Still, his death was sudden and has left a veil of sadness at the Princess Margaret Secondary School, which he attended.

“He was fun-loving, talkative . . . . He was the centre of attention. He was always saying something to make you laugh,” grieving mother Gail-Anne Turney said. (TG)
