THE BARBADOS AUTO Racing League (BARL) may yet get that green light.
A return to Bushy Park could be right around the corner for local motorsport’s circuit racing club, as BARL is hoping to stage a joint event with the Barbados Association of Dragsters and Drifters later this year.
BARL chairman Stefan Hinds broke the news yesterday after the club hasn’t been able to use Bushy Park since the start of its major redevelopment four years ago.
“I still have to meet with Bushy Park and BADD at the end of this month so it is still in its infancy stages, but the intention right now is to try and do an event with our sister club,” Hinds said. (JM)
