UPDATE: Parish Land man succumbs to gunshot injuries

INSTEAD OF CELEBRATING his birthday, the family and friends of Closton Robinson are mourning his passing.

Robinson, 34, was shot in the head between 1:30 and 2:30 a.m. in the area of Soaliom Bar, Parish Land, Christ Church.

He would have celebrated another birthday today.

Robinson was transported to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital by ambulance for medical attention, but succumbed to injuries.

Anyone who can provide any information to assist with the investigation is being asked to contact the District ‘B’ Police Station, at 437-4311, 211, Crime Stoppers at 1-800-TIPS (8477) or the nearest police station.
