Tourism body funds CCTV project in north

The Tourism Development Corporation (TDC) has joined with the Royal Barbados Police Force, in making safety and security paramount, in the Tourism Industry.

Chairman of the Tourism Development Corporation, Martin Ince, recently presented a cheque to the Commissioner of Police Tyrone Griffith, to assist in the purchasing and installation of CCTV cameras in the north of the island. During the presentation at Police Headquarters, Roebuck Street, St Michael, Ince, indicated that the TDC would always be ready to assist the Royal Barbados Police Force in any way it could.

The Commissioner of Police in accepting the funds thanked the TDC for their support in funding the CCTV project for the north of the island. (PR)
