A man pointed a gun through Sharon Matthew’s bedroom yesterday evening and fired one shot, injuring her in the right hand.
Matthews, 57, of Beckles Avenue, New Orleans, St Michael, was shot around 3:40 p.m.
She was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital by ambulance for treatment.
