Travis Orin Campbell is in police custody and has been charged.
Campbell, 19, alias ‘O Block’ or ‘Darkman’, was the subject of a police bulletin which was issued on March 5.
The teenager, of no fixed place of abode, was wanted in connection with serious criminal matters.
