Two recoveries, no new cases

Two people were released from isolation today after recovering from novel coronavirus (COVID-19).

The Ministry of Health and Wellness said there were no new positive cases among the 358 tests conducted by the Best-dos Santos Public Health Laboratory yesterday.

The number of recorded cases therefore remains at 249, comprising 132 females and 117 males. There are now six people in isolation and recoveries number 236. There have been seven deaths.

The laboratory has completed 41 718 tests. (MR/BGIS)
