One visitor will enter isolation today after testing positive for COVID-19.
The 71-year-old woman, who arrived on JetBlue on December 5, was diagnosed with the viral illness after a second test. She was asymptomatic and was the only positive case among the 617 tests conducted by the Best-dos Santos Laboratory yesterday.
One person will leave isolation today. As a result, there are still 19 people in isolation.
Barbados recorded 290 confirmed cases, comprising 150 females and 140 males. Â Of these, 264 people recovered and there were seven deaths.
