Ingredients
1 1/4 cups MIS chickpea flour
1 1/2 cups water
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1 tablespoon MIS parsley
1 teaspoon MIS thyme ½ teaspoon MIS Black Pepper
1 1/2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
11/2 teaspoon MIS granulated garlic
1/2 diced green pepper
1/3 cup diced onion Salt to taste
Directions
Set your oven to 350C.
Spray mun tin with cooking spray.
Add water, chickpea flour, spices, herbs, nutritional yeast, and 1 tablespoon of the oil in a bowl and mix well.
Heat 1/2 tablespoon olive oil over medium pan.
Add garlic and diced vegetables and sauté 3-5 minutes.
Add vegetables to flour mixture and combine all ingredients together.
Pour batter into mun tins and place in oven about
12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
