Pride 110-3 in their first innings vs Hurricanes at lunch

Barbados Pride were 110 for three, replying to Leeward Islands Hurricanes’ first innings total of 172 for nine declared, at lunch on the second day of their first round match in the West Indies Championship on Thursday at Kensington Oval.

At the interval, Raymon Reifer was not out on 23 and Justin Greaves was not out on five, after Pride resumed from their overnight total of 27 without loss.

Before lunch, Shayne Moseley was caught at second slip off pacer Colin Archibald for 13, edging a rising ball.

Pride captain Kraigg Brathwaite was caught behind off fast-medium pacer Devon Thomas for 29, playing an uncharacteristic slog.

And, Jonathan Carter fell to off-spinner Rahkeem Cornwall, caught at short extra cover for 25 from a leading edge looking to play into the leg-side.
